4. A minimum order is 300€ in total.

5. Customers can make the order by e-mail or fax.

6. Goods can be delivered to the customer by post / courrier. Postal / courrier charges are customer’s expenses. These costs are calculated according to weight and destination. Pure Clothing Company will e-mail the availability of the requested goods, and the Pro-Forma invoice in reply to the customer’s order. Only when the customer has paid the full Pro-Forma Invoice by banktransfer, the order is confirmed and then the goods + invoice will be sent as soon as possible.

9. While Pure Clothing Company endeavours to ensure that all garments are sized correctly, a guarantee can not be given that products precisely meet the desired size. Due to variability in computer screen resolution and colour, the actual products may appear slightly different in colour than shown on www.pureclothings.com Customers should accept 5 to 10% tolerance in size and colour of all articles.

10. Reclamations should be done within 10 days after receiving the goods, by email with photo proof. After examination of the proof, Pure Clothing Company will solve a reclamation in the best possible way. All fabrics and garments are manufactured by hand, there might be small deficits due to this fact which Pure Clothing Company considers tolerable.

11. In case of any dispute the Dutch law is applicable, with exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The judge of Amsterdam will be appointed to acknowledge the dispute.
